About This Role
This Administrative Operations role will be responsible for performing non-routine assignments using standard methods and sequences with minimal instruction. The successful candidate will have experience working with or supporting an administrative function, operations team, and / or processes.
The responsibilities of this role include leading logistics and preparation of employee or new hire tasks, ensuring accurate data delivery through transactions in various systems and data entry, auditing systems to ensure the integrity of data, maintaining records retention activities and agreement tracking, managing inbox or case management through independent problem solving and triage to stakeholders, and providing exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working with S4 / HANA, SAP Fiori, OneStream, Coupa, Databricks, Tableau, Monday.com, Smartsheet, and DART (Deloitte's tool for accounting research) is highly desirable.
