• Your Purpose
• As a Biz and Ops recruiter, your purpose is to drive the full-cycle recruitment process for corporate areas such as finance, legal, sales, marketing and ops acting as the go-to person for hiring managers and ensuring the selection of high-performing individuals who will shape the future of our company.

You will be involved right from the beginning, conducting intake sessions to thoroughly understand the talent requirements.

From there, you will take ownership of attracting top talent and guiding them through the recruitment journey, culminating in extending offers.

Throughout the process, you will maintain strong engagement with hiring managers, keeping them involved and updated, and consistently deliver an incredible candidate experience.
