Responsibilities
- Expert in Desktop Management
- Expert in Windows 10 / 11 related issues
- Must have 3-5 years of technical expertise in administering various Software deployment tools such as SCCM, Intune etc.
- Must have experience with Software packaging tools
- Managing mass software distribution and troubleshooting failed deployments
- Managing end to end patching for end user devices at the global level
- Application and third-party patching
- Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software on all Desktop Devices and take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance with security requirements
- Participate in triage calls for major incidents and help drive resolutions and follow-up with long term remediation
- Research and analyze new technologies. Establish and monitor short- and long-range plans for Infrastructure Solutions
- Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for the problems and ensure to avoid its reoccurrence
- Support, Manage, optimize and maintain the configuration and installation of the desktop, to include, but not limited to, patch updates
- Frequent reporting of the deployments for stakeholders
- Manage Desktop (software and connectivity) incidents through to resolution
- Experience in Automations through PowerShell or python
- Strong ITIL process knowledge
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
