Overview

We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with 3–5 years of experience in both manual and automation testing to join our Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation frameworks, system integration testing, and quality engineering for web applications and microservices. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can collaborate across development, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automation test frameworks using Selenium, Cucumber, and Postman.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to implement BDD / TDD practices and ensure effective test coverage.
• Perform system integration testing for complex web applications and microservices.
• Manage test data and create reusable test scripts to support continuous testing.
• Conduct manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and regression.
• Ensure accessibility compliance using tools such as JAWS.
• Utilize tools such as SoapUI for API and web services testing.
• Integrate test suites into CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins) for continuous quality assurance.
• Track, manage, and report test execution and results using Zephyr and other test management tools.
• Drive quality improvements by identifying gaps, recommending enhancements, and mentoring junior QA engineers.
