Job Description

The Business Intelligence Developer provides development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Business Intelligence solutions and reports through the use of the modern Microsoft SQL Server BI stack, and / or other tools as we transition to a more modern data warehouse architecture and data modeling. This role is responsible for the aggregation of data from multiple sources into an efficient data warehouse and designing reporting solutions for very large multi-dimensional databases.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the migration of legacy SSIS packages to Azure Data Factory or Microsoft Fabric Data Factory pipelines.
• Architect and implement scalable, cloud-native ETL / ELT solutions using Azure Data Factory and / or Microsoft Fabric.
• Design and optimize data flows within Microsoft Fabric Data Factory, leveraging lakehouse architecture and real-time analytics.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with complex DAX calculations and data modeling.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and performance across hybrid environments.
• Document integration and reporting processes and mentor internal team members.
