Job Description

Role Summary

As the HR Leader for Mexico, you will serve as a strategic talent partner for the Mexico Managing Director and you’ll shape and execute a people agenda across the market. You will oversee a team of HR Generalists and collaborate closely with HRBPs and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure best‑in‑class delivery of all HR programs and practices.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering :

• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to the Managing Director, aligning talent strategies with commercial and operative objectives
• Translate business context into actionable HR plans based on global and regional HR Strategy that drive impact and measurable results
• Stay attuned to local market dynamics to ensure HR strategies are relevant and future‑focused
