Operations Controller Position

Job DescriptionAs a seasoned plant controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting function to ensure accurate and reliable financial statements.

This entails managing the general ledger accounts, coordinating with the materials department to update standard / actual costs of purchased inventory items, and reviewing / approving all records related to new capital assets.Key Responsibilities : Manage the accounting function to facilitate the delivery of accurate, reliable financial statements.Coordinate with the Materials Department to update the standard / actual costs of purchased inventory items.Ensure the proper use of general ledger accounts to provide accurate information reporting.Review, approve and maintain all records related to the purchase of new capital assets.QualificationsFor this role, we are seeking an individual with : A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.At least 5 years of work experience in manufacturing industry, preferably automotive metals manufacturing.Leadership experience in a turnaround situation.BenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally and personally.
