Process Engineer, Network Losses

We interface with all miles of Operations, CS, Products team and CBW business teams to identify and execute solutions that improve Customer experience by reducing waste and losses in operations.This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, ambiguous and technical environment.

Ownership of work is extremely important, and candidates should have a proven record of driving operations, process fixes and strategic initiatives to completion.

The ideal candidate is motivated, optimistic and agile; with strong time management skillsKey job responsibilitiesDevelop deep understanding, hands on experience of operational processes across supply chain.Deep diving and analyzing operational data to arrive root causes for losses - invent or replicate solutions to those root causes, track impact.Improve operational processes by Standardization of metrics, processes, SOPs across RoW markets related to network lossesDriving product implementation in operations and / or operational process solutions to eliminate lossesBasic Qualifications5+ years of Operations / process improvement, hands on waste reduction experience.Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements in operations.
