Step into the frontlines of the next financial era . We’re seeking a dynamic VP of Business Development to own expansion across Latin America. You’ll set the tone in a region primed for transformation—driving deals with banks, fintechs, and enterprises , navigating regulators, and shaping how blockchain wallets are deployed at scale.
This isn’t a back-office role. It’s a chance to run LATAM GTM end-to-end : from building high-value partnerships to leading enterprise negotiations, from ARR growth to post-sale success. You’ll be the face of the brand in the region—trusted by executives, admired at conferences, and empowered to make a tangible mark on the industry.
What You’ll Do
- Lead LATAM expansion and own full-cycle business development
- Act as the senior regional representative in banking, fintech, and regulatory circles
- Set and crush sales targets , driving significant ARR growth
- Build deep, lasting relationships with enterprise partners and decision-makers
- Source, qualify, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Guide clients through wallet platform deployment & compliance
- Influence GTM strategy by tracking market shifts and competitive plays
- Represent at flagship industry events across the region
- Adapt content, pitches, and messaging across Spanish & Portuguese markets
What We’re Looking For
8+ years in enterprise sales / business development with proven leadershipTrack record of closing high-value, large-scale deals in finance or fintechDeep knowledge of LATAM financial ecosystems and regulatory environmentsExperience in blockchain, fintech, or infrastructure software a strong plusExceptional ability to translate technical capabilities into business impactElite skills in negotiation, presentation, and executive relationship-buildingEntrepreneurial drive and resilience in fast-paced, high-growth settingsFluency in Spanish & English (Portuguese a strong advantage)Seniority level
