Head of Customer Service Maritime Cargo and Construction technology
Implementing the Customer Service strategy, setting up and growing the MSC in relation to spares, warranty, and service, and service contract negotiation are key responsibilities of this role.
- Implementing the Customer Service strategy
- Set up and grow the MSC in relation to spares, warranty, and service
- Service Contract negotiation up to an agreement
- Active follow-up on debtor accounts
- Plan together with the Divisional Manager (service and parts turnover, personnel, investments, marketing budget, etc.)
- Monitoring the local competition, price levels, and economic development of customers
- Coordinate common issues with the Divisional Manager and the Head of Customer Service from other SOGs in the MSC
- Train and lead the Customer Service staff
- Administrative and organizational duties within the assigned sales companies
- Hiring and dismissal of Customer Service employees together with the DM and SOG
- Train and coordinate training for Customer Service employees
Responsibilities include following up on customers and machines, improving customer relationships, and implementing the Customer Service strategy.
