Compensation & Details

Pay Rate :

  • Hourly Rate : $8.50 -9.50
  • Full-time Biweekly Rate (40 hours per week 80 total) : $680-760
  • 💡 All roles are hourly-based ($8.50–$9.50 / hr depending on experience) and paid bi-weekly via third-party platforms. Rates are non-negotiable once offered.

Schedule :

Monday–Friday, 9-hour shift (including a 1-hour lunch), From 7 AM – 4 PM PST.

    Job Summary

    An HR Coordinator plays a pivotal role in building, structuring, and managing a variety of HR functions essential to maintaining organizational efficiency, facilitating seamless processes, and fostering a positive work environment, contributing to the overall success of the team.

    🔧 Key Responsibilities

    HR Support and Team Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, assisting team members and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide HR support to assigned internal departments, ensuring prompt assistance with all HR-related tasks and inquiries.
  • Facilitate performance appraisals and assist managers with addressing performance issues, developing improvement plans, and managing disciplinary cases.
  • Team Member Satisfaction and Engagement

  • Plan and coordinate remote and in-person events, including team-building activities and special celebrations, to enhance team engagement.
  • Launch and analyze surveys to measure team satisfaction and engagement, developing action plans based on findings to improve the team experience.
  • Administrative Operations and Compliance

  • Handle and organize administrative tasks and data, including auditing and updating team member files to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline HR processes and ensure consistency.
  • Enhance, customize, and maintain internal tracking systems using Online Google Sheets to facilitate efficient data management and reporting.
  • Talent Development and Organizational Growth

  • Develop detailed role descriptions aligned with organizational goals to support talent acquisition and development efforts.
  • Promote a culture of continuous feedback and growth by monitoring, mentoring, and overseeing training and development plans.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Organizational Design and Internal Communication

  • Create and update organizational charts and structures to optimize efficiency and departmental effectiveness.
  • Lead internal communication initiatives with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), ensuring inclusivity and promoting awareness of key dates and initiatives.
  • Requirements

    1. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

    2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and maintain a compelling narrative through storytelling, supported by advanced oral English proficiency.

    3. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

    4. Project management experience, with the ability to effectively manage projects and establish priorities, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

    5. Proficiency in Google Office Suite, particularly Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

    6. Organizing and overseeing team members engagement events to foster a positive work environment and enhance team cohesion

    Nice to have

  • Ability to lead and support organizational change initiatives, including effectively communicating changes and managing resistance, while leveraging organizational design tools such as charts and structures to clarify the company's hierarchy and reporting relationships.
  • Demonstrating passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. This involves actively supporting initiatives and programs aimed at fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • Expertise in building, designing and implementing training and development processes to enhance team members skills and competencies. This includes identifying training needs, developing relevant programs, and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Expertise in building, designing and implementing salary structures, bonus programs, and incentive plans aligned with business objectives and budgetary constraints that ensures fairness and internal equity.
  • Competency in data analysis and visualization, particularly in developing HR metrics to track performance, identify trends, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
