We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in tech recruiting, particularly in Java roles, and experience managing VMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Candidate Matching & Submittals
- Match candidates to job openings based on intake notes and rate requirements.
- Identify cross-submittal opportunities across roles and teams.
- Review candidate submittals for quality and alignment with rate cards.
- Ensure total cost aligns with rate card and maintain healthy margins.
- Job & Recruiter Coordination
- Maintain and update the Open Jobs spreadsheet to track recruiter assignments and submission needs.
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure adequate coverage and timely submissions.
- VMS Management
- Add candidates to the VMS tool and ensure accurate data entry.
- Manage interview coordination including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Lock offers and hires for candidates.
- Tracking & Reporting
- Update tracking files for candidate pipelines and opportunity status.
- Provide regular reports on recruiting metrics and progress.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in tech recruiting, especially in software development roles.Familiarity with VMS platforms and recruitment tracking tools.Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting.Bilingual (Spanish / English)Understanding of LATAM employment laws and hiring practices.Strong grasp of bill / pay rate structures and margin calculations.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
