Descripción del trabajoBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; a Master's degree is advantageous. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and business intelligence tools. Excellent communication and project management skills for effective team collaboration. Familiarity with semiconductor industry sales cycles, pricing models, and customer engagement strategies for success.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting tools to support informed decision-making.
- Oversee CRM systems and ensure data integrity across customer and opportunity records for seamless sales operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline quote-to-cash processes and enhance sales cycle efficiency.
- Support sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting to optimize sales strategy.
- Analyze sales trends, customer demand, and market dynamics to inform business planning and drive growth.
- Promote adoption of sales tools and best practices across global sales teams for enhanced productivity.
- Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to align sales forecasts with manufacturing capacity and minimize discrepancies.
