Confiz is seeking multiple Software Engineers with experience in Java, generative AI and hands-on Python experience to join our growing team in Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Java / Spring Boot microservices and REST / gRPC APIs
• Integrate generative AI via AWS Bedrock; develop and orchestrate AI agents
• Implement RAG pipelines : data ingestion, embedding / vectorization, and indexing in vector stores
• Develop lightweight Flask services for AI / ML endpoints and tooling
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize services on AWS
• Ensure reliability, performance, security, and test coverage (unit / integration)
• Collaborate with product, data science, and platform teams; document and support releases
