🚀 We’re Hiring – Team Leader, Operations (Bilingual)

📍 100% On-site Position – Centro Sur, Querétaro

The Team Leader, Operations is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a group of call center associates. This role ensures performance metrics are met by providing effective coaching, motivation, and accountability.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, the ability to provide constructive feedback, and high energy to lead our team.

Requirements :

• ️ Ongoing university studies (Bachelor’s in Administration or related fields)
• ️ Advanced English
• ️ Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Supervisor, ideally in a Call Center environment, leading teams of 10–12 associates
