Job Title : Executive Assistant to CEO
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality. They must be highly proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong emotional intelligence.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the CEO's calendar, travel arrangements, meetings, and communications in a timely and efficient manner.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and board materials with precision and accuracy.
- Coordinate executive meetings and investor calls with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with department heads to track initiatives and deliverables, ensuring seamless workflow and communication across departments.
- Handle confidential information with tact and diplomacy.
Requirements :
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.1-2 years of experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and CRM tools is required.Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.Bilingual English / Spanish proficiency is mandatory.Skills & Competencies :
