What You’ll Do As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for finding and securing new customers, growing a strong book of business, and closing high-impact freight deals in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Your Day Might Include : Owning and expanding your territory with a hunter mentality Generating and qualifying leads through outbound prospecting Building and executing strategic plans to grow market share Winning and growing key accounts, from first contact to long-term partnership Delivering solutions that move freight and move the needle Tracking your pipeline in our CRM and reporting on key wins and metrics

What You Bring to the Table 3PL & Freight Brokerage sales experience Bilingual :

English & Spanish

(Mandarin is a plus) Willingness to travel up to 75% Strong presentation and closing skills : you command a room and own the outcome Competitive, high-energy mindset with a serious drive to succeed Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and Microsoft Office
