Position : Finance Manager / Senior Accountant

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager / Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong knowledge of Mexican financial regulations SOFOM and fluency in business English, as it reports directly to headquarters in USA.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Ensure compliance with SAT, CNBV, IMSS, BANXICO, and other authorities.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
• Oversee cash flow and authorize payments in line with internal policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate reporting.

Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations to protect shareholder interests and support business objectives.
