You will contribute as a Software & Applications professional, providing expert consultation for a specific software or application, leading on issues and resolutions, and optimizing service delivery to meet business demands and the service operations strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation for a specific software or application, lead on issues and resolutions, and optimize service delivery to meet business demands and the service operations strategy.
• Recommend steps to optimize investments and benefits and mitigate risks for a specific application.
• Identify suppliers, evaluate them, onboard new vendors, and oversee them.
• Collaborate with project resources to provide design collateral and configure software components aligned with security policy and governance.
• Ensure adherence to configuration standards and processes.
• Share knowledge of the technology with relevant stakeholders.

What You Will Bring

Education & Certifications

University degree, preferably in IT. Having any degree in Finance would be an added advantage. Proven English language proficiency.

Experience

Within Country Relocation support available and for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy.
