Job Description

We are looking for an Ad Sales SeniorManager driving CTV Market

Key Job Responsabilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve advertising sales targets
• Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities for collaboration
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and production departments, to deliver high-quality ad campaigns that meet client expectations
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies impacting the advertising landscape
• Identify new business prospects and develop targeted outreach strategies to attract potential advertisers
• Prepare comprehensive proposals outlining campaign objectives, target audiences, pricing structures, and ROI projections
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients while ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data insights, and adjust tactics accordingly to optimize campaign effectiveness
