Project Specialist I

Location : Acceso Ill 14 Benito Jurez Col, Zona Industrial.Manage social media : Assist headquarters colleagues in managing the social media platforms of the subsidiary, primarily focusing on translating and uploading posts.

Create monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports and analyses of various sales performance indicators.

SAP inventory entry after receiving goods from the headquarters, initiate the shipping approval process from the subsidiary to end customers, including CRM delivery orders, SAP sales orders, warehouse release notes, and sales transactions.

Manage administrative and HR matters : including asset procurement and management, expense reimbursement processing, arranging reception work, handling employee-related personnel procedures, and maintaining relevant systems.

Secretory or Project management

Bachelor degree or higher
