• Lead legal support for all aspects of the business in Mexico, including commercial, regulatory, employment, consumer protection, and dispute resolution.
• Define and execute proactive legal strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Provide hands-on support to Public Policy and Tax teams on regulatory matters.
• Manage litigation and advise on new business initiatives and product launches.
• Oversee local legal team and ensure high-quality, timely legal work.
• Act as legal point of contact for specific LATAM regulatory areas.
• Collaborate with international legal teams to ensure globally aligned advice.
• Support the development of internal legal and compliance processes.

Perfil buscado

• Law degree in Mexico; Master's degree is a plus.
• 18+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally in consumer-facing or tech environments.
• Strong background in administrative law, litigation, and regulatory matters.
• Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Proven ability to assess legal risks and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• High integrity, adaptability, and collaborative mindset.
• Experience managing external counsel and internal legal teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
