Position Summary :

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to oversee our enterprise-wide Disaster Recovery (DR) program, Data Protection initiatives, and Data Center Operations. This role is critical to ensuring business continuity, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience across our infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical depth, program management rigor, and people leadership. They must be able to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, foster a culture of accountability and collaboration, and align operational execution with organizational values.

Key Responsibilities :

Disaster Recovery Program Leadership :

• Own the end-to-end DR lifecycle : planning, testing, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Lead quarterly application reviews and maintain DR readiness metrics and documentation.
• Coordinate readiness calls and tabletop exercises across application teams, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Clearly and consistently communicate DR requirements across multiple teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
• Drive execution of DR tests, including pre-readiness validation, post-mortem analysis, and RCA documentation.
