OverviewWe are South and our client is looking for a Senior Accounting Manager.

This is a bilingual (Spanish / English) senior accounting professional role.

This is a full-time position, initially on a month-to-month contract with the option to convert to permanent employment.Role OverviewWe are seeking a bilingual (Spanish / English) senior accounting professional to assist with accounting operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform GAAP-compliant expense accruals, revenue recognition, and fixed assets for the monthly closingPerform revenue recognition, including revenue from student tuition and fees, service revenue from partner universities, income from rent and administrative servicesPerform expense and Accounts Payable accrualsPerform account analysis and reconciliation; account reclassificationsIdentify system improvements and assist with process optimization initiativesOver time, assist with ERP data migrationReport to the VP of FinanceCandidate RequirementsAccounting Manager / Controller level (CPA not required, strong GAAP knowledge mandatory)Bilingual in Spanish and English10+ years of relevant experienceSystems thinking and process improvement skills; Dynamics F&O knowledge a plusStrong communication and analytical skillsApplication DetailsEligibility : This position is open to candidates residing in Latin America.Application Language : Please submit your CV in English.
