Accounting Controller Manager

A Logistic company specializing in high-quality refrigerated storage is seeking an Accounting Controller Manager to join their team in Monterrey, Mexico .

Requirements :

• Monitor the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes across all legal entities in Mexico, ensuring timely completion and compliance with corporate instructions (proper account classification, adherence to accounting policies, etc.).
• Review all account reconciliations and reports prepared by the accounting team.
• Guide the team on proper accounting treatment for M&A and business combination activities.
• Coordinate the annual audit process, including the preparation of financial statements.
• Oversee accounting operations of subsidiary companies, focusing on control systems, transaction processing, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the ERP implementation team to ensure proper accounting setup for financial modules.
• Manage daily accounting activities for Mexico's legal entities, whether performed internally or outsourced.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and NIF standards.
