SUMMARY OF ROLEResponsible for the day-to-day accounting functions of the business ensuring accuracy, compliance and strategic alignment.

This role helps guide the senior leadership of the business from a financial perspective.SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIESForecasting : Preparation of annual, monthly, and weekly budgets.Month-end closures : Review of month-end results, delivery of results and preparation of financial statements.Review of accounts : Review and analysis of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss accounts, interpretation of these.Accounts Payable : Monitoring and supporting accounts payable.Accounts Receivable : Oversight and support of accounts receivableCosts : Supervision and support to the cost areaAccounting : Supervision and support to the accounting areaSales : Analysis of variations and sales projections (Revenue)BPC : Review of financial statements and preparation of month-end at BPCBackline : Approval and review of Blackline Balance accountsReview and develop policies to regulate the financial options of the company, as well as periodically evaluate financial procedures and give corresponding recommendations or suggest possible improvements.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance or EconomicsMinimum experience of 5 years in financial leadership positionConversational EnglishKnowledge of Administration and AccountsPersonnel managementInterpersonal negotiation skillsInterpretation of financial statementsAdvanced ExcelAnalysis of financial statementsManagement of ERP systemsSkills such as : Teamwork : That has the favorable disposition to think and work collectively.
