🛠️ Responsibilities :
Hiring Process
Support recruitment and onboarding
Prepare and follow up on employee files
Coordinate induction sessions
Pre-payroll & Staff Administration
Collect attendance, overtime, leave, and sick leave data
Validate payroll inputs
Maintain updated employee database
Documentation & Legal Compliance
Assist with contracts, letters, and official documents
Organize and safeguard digital and physical records
Events & Internal Communication
Help plan corporate events and team-building activities
Share internal communications and policies
Employee Benefits & Services
Support benefit administration (vouchers, insurance, wellness)
Respond to employee inquiries
Termination Processes
Manage offboarding documentation and system updates
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
🎓 Skills & Qualifications :
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with payroll / personnel systems (a plus!)
Detail-oriented and organized
Discreet and trustworthy with confidential info
Clear communicator
Proactive and eager to learn
Team player with a service mindset
