The Product Owner will lead a product team to analyze the business needs of customers, network partners and stakeholders to identify business problems, propose solutions and assure that projects are properly prioritized and that task deadlines are enforced.
This individual will understand and implement the standards and compliance measures of our client consistently.
They will share their business knowledge with team members through formal and informal channels and support product users as well as internal staff.Qualifications we are looking for : 5+ years of business or product experience, ideally in e-commerce, subscription, or digital consumer platforms.An Associate's degree or equivalent business experience is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.Strong understanding of Agile processes and ability to define product success metrics.Demonstrated technical aptitude with SaaS, mobile, or digital platforms.Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.Attention to detail with respect to documenting product specs, user stories, and test cases.Proven leadership and ability to work independently.Preferred Qualifications7+ years of experience in consumer digital products, e-commerce, or subscription services.Experience in personalization, loyalty programs, or digital community engagement.Prior software implementation experience in a SaaS or mobile-first environment.Bachelor's degree or equivalent education / business experienceResponsibilities : Collaborate with Product Management to define product requirements and translate business needs into member-focused solutions.Contribute to product roadmap planning with a focus on subscription growth, personalization, and customer engagement.Lead product development projects utilizing Agile methodology.Partner with design, engineering, and data teams to bring new features to life.Define and manage product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.Facilitate testing, gather member feedback, and ensure product quality for new features and services.Monitor product performance metrics and member satisfaction to inform continuous improvement.Perform ongoing assessment of processes and experiences, recommending optimizations to drive efficiency and delight.Generate key metrics and reporting for product development reviews.Communicate changes, updates, and launches effectively across teams and stakeholders.Job ComplexityWork on complex initiatives that require analyzing customer behavior, market trends, and subscription commerce best practices.Apply a member-first mindset when selecting product solutions.Act as advisor to business analysts and product team members to meet schedules, goals, and technical requirements.InteractionFrequently collaborate with engineering, design, data science, operations, marketing, and brand partnership teams.Serve as a bridge between member needs and business objectives.Lead cooperative efforts among cross-functional project teams.SupervisionUnderstand people management practices, particularly around professional growth and team collaboration.May manage or mentor business analysts or associate product owners.Responsible for outcomes related to product success, schedules, and quality.What you can expect from usHere at Nexaminds, we're not your typical workplace.
