Job Title : Sales Growth Leader

About This Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Growth Leader to drive commercial success in Mexico. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand wholesale business, increase penetration into small retailers, and scale growth with strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Commercial Strategy Development : Define and implement the commercial strategy for Mexico, aligned with the company's mission and vision.
• Sales and Wholesale Leadership : Build, lead, and develop the sales and wholesale organization with a performance-driven culture.
• Market Expansion : Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities across wholesale, multi-brand, and digital channels.
• Performance Monitoring : Monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue growth, profitability, market share, and sell-through.
• Business Planning : Develop and execute business plans for all current and prospect accounts to ensure sustained growth and profitability.
• Negotiations and Partnerships : Lead high-level negotiations with clients, agencies, retail partners, and sport leagues / teams, while partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate commercial initiatives effectively.
