About The Team / role

The User Operations Senior Analyst role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth in one of the fastest-growing companies, specifically in an exciting & booming new business line. This data-driven position requires a blend of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the user base and influence behavior.

In this role, you'll be...

• Acquisition of users to our platform as well as the growth of our user base, via a combination of online and offline strategies.
• Building deep data insights and understanding of our potential and existing users and retailers in the local culture, in order to build your own growth-oriented methodologies and initiatives, and also to constantly improve user experience.
• Using data to understand user and retailer behavior and experience, and identify areas for improvement as we grow our business, while always being aware and critical of ROI.
