Responsibilities

The Opportunity

GBS F&A Sr Analyst is mainly responsible of design, enhancing and maintaining financial visual and forecasting tools for a key PepsiCo global project. It will support the consolidation and reporting of GBS financials across the Sectors and GBS Centers and lead the Financial ad hoc analysis on a day-to-day basis for Global Functional Leads, Sector GBS Leads and GBS Hub Finance Leads. This role will develop a deep understanding of a transnational transformation project, and the capability of proposing new alternatives in processes, definitions, platforms, and tools; focusing on automation and digitalization. This role is responsible to create and implement new processes to enable the execution of the GBS Financial Management agenda.

Your Impact

As FP&A Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of

• Create and implement new processes to support target commitment of GBS. It will require the definition of new processes, implementation of tools, and change management and communication with people from different sectors and functions.
• Lead the digitalization agenda for GBS Global Finance, including the design and implementation of new tools for tracking GBS Financials as well as maintenance of existing tracking tools. Keeping them up to date with the latest financial estimates.
• Ensure accurate GBS Strat Plan and AOP output analysis to support the discussions for alignment with key stakeholders (Global Functional Leads, Sector Leads, GBS Finance Leads, Global Transformation, GBS PMO, etc.)
• Full ownership of GBS Financial Tableau Dashboards & Alteryx Model, including design and regular updates, focusing on the customer needs (function, sector, hub, global team, etc), with the main focus on productivity information.
• Support in the GBS Hub Cost Forecast process, leading the consolidation of financials, and analysis of the outputs.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations or dashboards to communicate business results and insights
