What You'll Do

• Lead and coach a team of material planners
• Ensure material availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence
• Escalate supply risks with clarity and urgency
• Drive disciplined PO management and supplier follow-up
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, and operations
• Support NPI and engineering changes with timely material readiness
• Promote standardization and process adherence
• Balance short-term execution with long-term planning excellence
