Ingredion is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Execution Analyst LATAM to support transactional procurement activities for LATAM plants. This role is key to ensuring timely and accurate purchasing operations while collaborating across teams to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
As a Procurement Execution Analyst LATAM, you will execute transactional procurement responsibilities in support of LATAM manufacturing plants, ensuring alignment with KPIs and SLAs.
This role reports to the Procurement Operations Manager and collaborates closely with buyers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
What will you do :
- Process Purchase Orders for MRP-generated, Non-MRP generated, services, CapEx, packaging, and chemicals Purchase Requisitions.
- Meet established KPI targets and ensure procurement activities align with performance standards.
- Create and maintain Purchasing Information Records and centralized Source Lists in procurement systems.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain updated contact information.
- Collaborate with Procurement Operations, AP, and plant teams to resolve issues related to requisitions, orders, invoices, and vendor communications.
- Ensure adherence to key purchasing policies and compliance standards.
- Partner with other buyers to share best practices, identify process improvement opportunities, and participate in team projects.
What you will bring :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.3–5 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP (ERP experience required).Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken).Knowledge of SAP Ariba is a plus.Who you are :
