Descripción del trabajoLiderar equipos de Terminales, Jurídico Operativo, Mesa de Control y Formalización. Coordinar transversalmente con áreas clave como Comercial, Analistas, Tecnología & Data, y Dirección General. Gestionar relaciones con proveedores, brokers y clientes estratégicos. Impulsar proyectos de mejora continua, tableros de control en tiempo real y evolución del Manual Operativo 2.0. 5 años de experiencia en operaciones dentro de fintechs, instituciones financieras o consultoría de procesos. Liderazgo probado en equipos multidisciplinarios. Conocimiento práctico en regulación financiera, PLD / AML y control operativo. Capacidad analítica, visión estratégica y comunicación ejecutiva.
Objetivo del Rol
El Director de Operaciones será responsable de garantizar procesos rápidos, confiables y sin errores críticos, impactando directamente en los objetivos estratégicos :
- Incrementar colocación
- Reducir mora
- Mejorar nuestro operating leverage
