Descripción del trabajoBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field. Certifications in Scrum, PMI or similar (desirable). At least 4 years of project management experience. Experience managing projects in AWS cloud. Advanced knowledge of MS Project. Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, etc.) with flexibility for a hybrid environment blending traditional and agile artifacts / tools. Analytical mindset with a proactive approach and willingness to contribute ideas. Preferred education : Industrial Engineering or related fields. English level : B2. Experience : at least 2 years in customer support or similar roles with exposure to financial or project topics. Key skills : Customer focus and strong communication. High organization, structure, and empathy. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project). Desirable basic experience in profitability models or financial management of projects. Competencies : Proactivity and attention to detail. Ability to work in collaborative, results-oriented environments. Ability to train in project management. Start with client attention and support, applying interpersonal and technical skills. Progressive training in project management tools and methodologies. Additional formation in project profitability models and financial support. AWS certifications fully covered. We are growing and looking for a Cloud Project Manager who will lead task or project management for customer cloud implementations.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical project plans, proposals, administrative documents, reports, and AWS task ordering.
- Develop and manage projects to track AWS onboarding for new users and the progress / status of projects for existing users.
- Plan and provide client recommendations on workload assignments.
- Attend and lead meetings with clients and act as the main liaison with AWS; interact with various client stakeholders.
- Coordinate deliverables and products; ensure delivery quality excellence.
- Lead process improvement initiatives in AWS, such as client onboarding, changes, configuration management, and self-service AWS solutions.
- Constant learning of AWS cloud solutions.
