High-Profile Quality Manager

This leadership position involves overseeing all quality-related activities, ensuring products meet the highest standards and serving as the primary point of contact for customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for :

• Developing and implementing quality strategies across the plant, meeting internal and external quality processes and procedures.
• Managing departmental resources to ensure capacity and capability to meet business needs and quality standards.
• Fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement, guiding and coaching the quality team towards exceptional performance.
• Setting and managing departmental objectives and KPIs for the quality team, reporting on performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Chairing regular quality review meetings with representatives from various departments to analyze metrics and drive continuous improvement.
