Senior Plant Quality Lead

High-Profile Quality ManagerExperienced quality professionals are invited to apply for a challenging role in our plant.This leadership position involves overseeing all quality-related activities, ensuring products meet the highest standards and serving as the primary point of contact for customers.The successful candidate will be responsible for : Developing and implementing quality strategies across the plant, meeting internal and external quality processes and procedures.Managing departmental resources to ensure capacity and capability to meet business needs and quality standards.Fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement, guiding and coaching the quality team towards exceptional performance.Setting and managing departmental objectives and KPIs for the quality team, reporting on performance and identifying areas for improvement.Chairing regular quality review meetings with representatives from various departments to analyze metrics and drive continuous improvement.Key QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.At least 3 years of experience as an automotive plant quality manager.Proven track record of leading problem-solving activities and applying quality tools.Strong understanding and experience with Quality Management Systems (IATF 16949).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple customer requirements, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
