Position : Sales DirectorLocation : Mexico CityHybrid work This is a full-time position based in Mexico City. Local candidates are strongly preferred.At CoreX, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Director for Mexico City with proven experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem. This individual should excel at navigating the technology sales landscape, especially in selling software products and professional services, and bring a strong track record of success. We are seeking an individual with a self-motivated attitude who excels in a results-driven environment, values cultural alignment, and consistently exceeds performance targets.The Sales Director will drive all aspects of our Services and Products Sales Lifecycle, support marketing and lead generation campaigns, and own Customer Success and Journey for existing clients.Responsibilities : Develop and execute a strategy to drive new business acquisition within the assigned North Latin American region.Identify and qualify leads, leveraging a consultative approach to understand client needs and recommend strategic ServiceNow solutions.Cultivate strong relationships with channel partners and key decision-makers at prospect organizations.Manage the sales cycle from opportunity identification to close, ensuring all documentation and processes are followed meticulously.Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including technical resources and account managers, to secure successful deal closure.Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.Take on a $3.5M PS / ACV quota and deliver on it.Travel to Guadalajara every quarter.Required Experience and Skills : Minimum 5+ years of demonstrably successful experience selling professional services within a technology ecosystem, with a strong preference for ServiceNow experience.Proven track record of successfully selling at least or exceeding $3M+ in professional services and software products per year, exceeding sales targets.Experience working in a technology channel environment, generating leads, and co-selling through closure with channel partners is a significant plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build solid and lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to develop and execute deal strategy and opportunity management throughout the sales cycle.Intrinsically motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and a drive to achieve ambitious goals.Benefits : Competitive compensation package with a performance-based commission structure.Health insuranceGenerous paid time offBirthday Day offExtended Maternity & Paternity LeaveCareer growth opportunitiesWellness ProgramsFlexible work optionsAbout CoreXAt CoreX, we’re on a mission to empower customers to harness the power of ServiceNow, unlocking trapped value in their Business Operations – from Customers and Suppliers to Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement orgs.
