Overview

We are looking for a Director of Software Development. A hybrid profile : strategic yet hands-on, with experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial institutions. This role will lead multidisciplinary teams (development, QA, UX, infrastructure) and define the technology architecture for a secure, scalable, and compliant financial platform.

10+ years in software development, 5+ years in tech leadership.

• Proven experience in regulatory compliance (CNBV, Banxico, Fintech Law)
• Expertise in cloud architectures (AWS), CI / CD, security, and digital banking core systems
• Ability to translate business vision into innovative technological solutions
