We are looking for a Head of Sales Group – Networking Solutions to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Mexico City, Mexico. You will work with the leading networking solutions in the world and master your B2B sales skills.
Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy.

Responsibilities
Lead, train, motivate and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika TelematicsExecute strategic plans to reach sales targets and expand the customer baseDirect and manage the performance and development of your teamProvide training and counseling for individual team members to ensure targets are metAct as a playing coach in all sales processes until the team is strong enough to operate independentlyMaintain internal systems and ensure that all sales managers fill the systems correctlyManage the team to assure 100% of sales plan realizationContribute to market research, including identifying market potential and opportunities for growthEnsure order tracking and correctionCoordinate technical inquiriesWhat we expect
2+ years leadership experience to drive a sales teamProven track record of sales achievements (B2B)Experience in building and motivating a sales teamResults-focused, organized with good communication and negotiation skillsExperience with internal systemsAbility to analyze information and make decisions independentlyGood English language skills (written and oral)What we offer
