We are seeking a dynamic
Director of Strategy & Commercial Excellence for LATAM
to lead our regional strategic agenda and drive sustainable growth across the business.
This role will oversee five key pillars :
Strategy & Management Business System, Portfolio Management, Marketing, Sales Excellence, and Customer Experience.
As a strategic business partner to the LATAM leadership team, you will ensure alignment between regional initiatives and global priorities, while building capabilities, processes, and a culture of continuous improvement that elevate our commercial performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Management Business System
Lead the annual strategic planning process for LATAM, ensuring integration with global and local business priorities.
Drive the implementation and evolution of the
Management Business System
as the foundation for operational discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Monitor key business metrics, facilitate performance reviews, and identify opportunities to enhance growth and efficiency across the region.
Portfolio Management
Define and execute the regional product and service portfolio strategy, optimizing profitability, positioning, and innovation.
Partner with operations and supply chain to ensure product availability, cost competitiveness, and quality alignment.
Support the introduction of new offerings and the rationalization of underperforming products, based on market insights and business impact.
Marketing
Lead the development of the regional marketing strategy, driving brand consistency, demand generation, and digital engagement.
Strengthen data-driven decision making through market analytics and customer insights.
Ensure the company brand is positioned as a trusted, innovative, and sustainable leader across LATAM markets.
Sales Excellence
Develop and implement commercial best practices and tools that enhance sales effectiveness and customer value creation.
Promote capability-building initiatives, including sales training, consultative selling, and key account management excellence.
Partner with HR and country leaders to align sales incentives, performance management, and career development programs.
Customer Experience
Design and deploy regional strategies to improve the overall customer journey, driving satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value.
Integrate Voice of the Customer (VoC) insights into core business processes and improvement initiatives.
Foster a customer-centric mindset across all commercial teams and functions.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years in senior roles leading strategy, commercial excellence, or marketing within multinational environments.
Proven experience managing cross-functional and regional teams.
Strong background in continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
