Job Description

The Director of Business Analytics & Customer Insights leads the Business Partners team within a regional Center of Excellence.

This role is responsible for developing and delivering advanced analytics and data-driven insights that inform senior-level decision-making, accelerate growth, and optimize investments across Johnson & Johnson's pharmaceutical portfolio in Latin America.

This position will report to the Senior Director of Business Analytics and Customer Insights.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the business partners team to deliver actionable insights that shape marketing and commercial strategies, drive growth, and optimize investment decisions.

Partner with local and regional leadership to align priorities, co-create data initiatives, and strengthen cross-market collaboration.

Guide a senior team of business partners, fostering innovation, capability building, and a culture of continuous development.

Advise leadership on competitive dynamics, market access, and emerging opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations for strategic decisions.

Oversee operational excellence across governance, budget, performance, and compliance, ensuring high standards of delivery.

Promote a purpose-driven and collaborative environment aligned with Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.

10+ years of professional experience in strategy, analytics, or business insights roles.

5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with proven ability to translate insights into business action.

Expertise in business intelligence, data management, and advanced analytics.

Fluent in English, with ability to lead across multiple cultures.

Advanced Spanish.

Change leader with an innovative mindset.

Solid business experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
