What will you do?
Process Design and Improvement : Analyze and redesign manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and reduce costs. Collaborate with Product Engineers to establish balanced production lines.
Problem Solving : Investigate and resolve operational issues such as bottlenecks or material variations that impact production performance.
Quality Control : Implement and maintain quality assurance systems to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
Technology Implementation : Develop and apply advanced technologies and methods, including automation of production lines.
Project Management : Lead continuous improvement projects focused on productivity, efficiency, and waste reduction.
Resource Planning : Manage resources such as materials, equipment, and personnel to optimize manufacturing system efficiency.
How will you do it?
Use analytical tools and time-cycle studies to balance production lines.
Apply problem-solving methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis) to address operational challenges.
Utilize software and process management tools for design and improvement activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technological solutions.
Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Drive projects using structured methodologies like Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Additional certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Project Management are a plus.
Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform line balancing through time-cycle studies.
Teamwork and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in process management software and tools.
Interest in research and technology application.
Advanced conversational English.
Knowledge of AutoCAD.
