Process Engineer

We’re looking for a Process Engineer specialized in Gravity Casting to drive stability, quality, and continuous improvement in our aluminum foundry.

In this role, you will take ownership of critical production processes, optimize casting parameters, support new product launches, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution on the shop floor.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, optimize, and standardize parameters for gravity casting processes.
• Analyze scrap trends, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Work with tooling and design teams to improve mold performance, cooling systems, and gating layouts.
• Support new product launches through APQP, DOEs, capability studies, and PPAP activities.
• Ensure metal quality through proper melting, degassing, modification, and handling practices.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on cycle time, quality, and process stability.
• Collaborate daily with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tooling teams to solve complex issues.
