This agency helps ambitious law firms dominate their local markets through full-funnel marketing strategies, including SEO, paid ads, intake, and culturally relevant creative.

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead and level up a team of Account Executives and Appointment Setters. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in high-performance, high-rejection sales environments—someone who can manage pipeline rigor while keeping morale and momentum strong.
🚀 What You'll Own
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Manage and coach a remote team of Account Executives selling to attorneys nationwide
- Lead 1 : 1s that focus on pipeline health, objection handling, and deal strategy
- Foster a winning mindset while holding the team accountable to KPIs
Quota & Performance Management
Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets for both individuals and the teamMonitor activity metrics, appointments booked, show rates, close rates, and revenue per AEDrive process discipline with agility to adapt to pipeline realitiesForecasting & Reporting
Lead weekly forecast meetings with accuracy and insightReport on pipeline health, win / loss trends, and AE performanceBuild and refine reporting systems as the team scalesCross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing and operations to optimize lead flow and handoffsProvide insights that improve targeting, messaging, and sales velocityHiring & Team Development

3–5+ years of proven B2B sales leadership, ideally in marketing, SaaS, or servicesExperience managing 3–10 AEs and scaling a team from early-stage to maturityConfidence selling to skeptical, high-trust buyers like attorneys or consultantsStrong sales philosophy for 1 : 1s, pipeline visibility, forecasting, and accountabilityData-driven with a bias for action and performanceExcellent coaching, leadership, and communication skills📈 What Success Looks Like
