About the Role
Join our Incentives Development team, where innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence drive everything we do. As a Software Developer, you’ll contribute to the Varicent Incentives platform—a single-page web app. You’ll work closely with developers, designers, and data scientists to build modern, scalable features that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or related1+ years of professional experienceStrong understanding of software design principles and OOPProficiency with React, Redux, .NET or Java, and TypeScriptExperience with REST APIs and single-page applicationsStrong communication skills and English level B2 or higherTeam player mindset with a drive to learn and growNote : Candidates must be based in Mexico. Role requires work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
