About the Role

Join our Incentives Development team as a Software Developer, focusing on our Incentives platform—a single-page web app. Collaborate with developers, designers, and data scientists to build scalable, modern features that enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine features supporting client success and platform growth.
  • Collaborate within a cross-functional, knowledge-sharing team.
  • Utilize modern tools and open-source technologies where applicable.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain robust code.

    • Qualifications

  • 5 to 8 years of relevant backend development experience, preferably with data-intensive systems.
  • Proficiency in at least one backend language (C#, Java, C++).
  • Knowledge of ELT / ETL concepts and handling large data challenges.
  • Strong software design fundamentals and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
  • Good communication skills and English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

  • Candidates must be based in Mexico.

    • Onboarding Phases

    First 30 Days : Familiarize with our processes, participate in team meetings, complete small tasks.

    First 60 Days : Handle tasks independently, take on complex features, improve troubleshooting skills.

    First 90 Days : Meet deadlines, deliver quality work, suggest process improvements.
