Platform Engineer – .NET & React (Remote - Mexico Only)

About the Role

Join our Incentives Development team as a Software Developer, working on the Varicent Incentives platform—a modern, scalable single-page web application. Collaborate with developers, designers, and data scientists to create impactful user experiences.

What You’ll Do

Develop and refine features to support client success and platform growth
Collaborate with a cross-functional team
Use modern tools and open-source technologies
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain code

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

3+ years of professional experience

Strong understanding of software design principles and OOP

Proficiency with React, Redux, .NET or Java, and TypeScript

Experience with REST APIs and SPAs

English proficiency B2 or higher

Based in Mexico

First 30, 60, 90 Days Expectations

Learn our processes, participate in team meetings, and complete initial tasks

Handle more complex assignments and troubleshoot issues

Deliver high-quality work and contribute to team discussions

Additional Information

This role is fully remote and requires working within EST hours, with flexibility for candidates outside EST to adjust hours.
