Procurement Manager for Indirect Categories : A Key Role in Supporting Latin American Markets
This role is responsible for managing procurement activities across various indirect categories in Mexico, with full ownership of the procure-to-pay process, supplier management, and local implementation of regional sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- P2P Process Management : Ensure efficiency and compliance throughout the procure-to-pay process from requisition to payment.
- Sourcing Initiatives : Lead RFI / RFP / RFQ processes across indirect spend categories to drive value and cost savings.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement activities with business priorities.
- Regional Strategies : Implement regional procurement strategies at the local level.
- Contract Negotiation : Negotiate and manage contracts ensuring favorable terms and adherence to internal guidelines.
- Supplier Relationships : Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships driving service quality and continuous improvement.
- Performance Tracking : Track procurement performance, analyze spend data, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
Requirements
Experience : 8+ years of experience in procurement with a focus on indirect categories marketing supply chain MRO.Knowledge : Strong knowledge of P2P processes and sourcing methodologies RFX.Negotiation Skills : Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier management.Collaboration : Skilled collaborator with strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Languages : Professional proficiency in English is required written and spoken.Technical Skills : Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.Personal Qualities : Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.Preferred Experience : Experience working within a regional or multinational context.A seasoned procurement professional with a strong track record in indirect sourcing and stakeholder partnership is invited to apply and contribute to a growing collaborative team.
