Procurement Manager for Indirect Categories : A Key Role in Supporting Latin American Markets

This role is responsible for managing procurement activities across various indirect categories in Mexico, with full ownership of the procure-to-pay process, supplier management, and local implementation of regional sourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• P2P Process Management : Ensure efficiency and compliance throughout the procure-to-pay process from requisition to payment.
• Sourcing Initiatives : Lead RFI / RFP / RFQ processes across indirect spend categories to drive value and cost savings.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement activities with business priorities.
• Regional Strategies : Implement regional procurement strategies at the local level.
• Contract Negotiation : Negotiate and manage contracts ensuring favorable terms and adherence to internal guidelines.
• Supplier Relationships : Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships driving service quality and continuous improvement.
• Performance Tracking : Track procurement performance, analyze spend data, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
