Latam Pricing Manager - Dermocosmetics & Pharmaceuticals

Descripción del trabajoDesign and implement pricing strategies for both new and existing products. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making. Monitor and evaluate pricing performance; propose optimizations when needed. Collaborate with Finance and Commercial departments to ensure pricing consistency. Provide support and pricing guidance to Sales and Marketing teams. Present reports and pricing analytics to senior management. Stay current with industry trends and pricing innovations.
About the Role :
We are looking for a Pricing Specialist to lead the development and implementation of strategic pricing initiatives aimed at maximizing profitability and market share. This role works closely with the Finance, Commercial, and Marketing teams to ensure full alignment with the company’s objectives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in pricing, finance, or related roles.
- Proficiency in Excel and pricing tools (AI-based tools a plus).
- Experience in the dermocosmetic industry is required.
- Advanced / Bilingual English proficiency is required.
